Sensitive information should be handled carefully from the beginning. Access control, authentication, secrets, permissions, data exposure, and third-party services all need to be considered as part of the architecture. I do not treat client data or source code as something to share casually.
Not necessarily. Launch is a milestone, not a natural reason to disappear. If you need fixes, improvements, new functionality, integrations, or continued technical support, we can continue working together.
Something unexpected eventually happens in almost every non-trivial project. The important part is how it is handled. I prefer to communicate the problem clearly, explain the available options, and work toward a practical solution rather than hide the issue or abandon the task.
